is it rigged? if so it's a rather straightforward process, though you might need to make some changes to the armature to work with the expected base humanoid rig. you can make visemes using the CATs blender plugin, i think.

If enforce t-pose didn't fix it, I had the same issue and I had to rename each finger bone since unity was being picky.

Your parameters are missing one, please check.

on the body texture, it should be under "special FX" nd just untick it ♡
