Does anyone know how to extract the textures from a .blend file?

I found a nice model that was used for an animation, and I wanted to try and convert it to a VRChat model, but I have no idea what I'm doing in Blender. Here's a link to the files if anyone is interested: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1G7KBX6t1yNpW8y7uTm8gr37g66_x3MAR
