This isn't possible to my knowledge. Her heels are below ground because.. that's how VRChat's floor level works. All scaling is done manually within. An animation can check whether or not the avatar’s scale’s been modified and by how much, however VRChat currently does not permit animation-based scaling, at least traditionally with your own toggle. However- this is scaling and not position.
You're talking about position. I haven't messed with position, you could always try but make sure you have a backup avatar. It never hurts to try.
Back to scaling-- VRCFury can only do asset scaling and not avatar scaling as the scale is now managed through VRChat, more specifically Udon since world creators can restrict the use of avatar scaling.

so when ur in unity and you hit the texture,, if u scroll down on the right side of ur screen,, youll see max size n stuff,, you can make it higher that way and set the compression to high
@avicollector Thank you sm!! Also, I asked because it told me error since I did not have the avatar ID when I tried only quest. Seems like I'll have to upload the pc version regardless so others can see. ️
I'm not really sure if this will help answer your question but I know for some hairs there are two different materials in unity that allows you to color them two separate colors. As for making it that way idk how to do that. Cause other hairs may only have one material. I assume it may be a blender thing or - youtube may help you?
The easiest way is to upload the zip you get off of BOOTH/wherever to WorkUpload or PixelDrain (or both, or GDrive or another site, etc... they're just the most popular two) and make a post under the Gifts section with the name of the item from the listing, plus any English translations/anything else important for others to know.
You can link to an image off the listing to show as a preview, then post links to both the original listing's site and wherever you've uploaded it
Past that, it's your choice on how you like to format your own posts
