When I was rigged my avatar to humanoid I was having these error with the arms and finger.

I was told to maybe rename them but that didn’t help

Go to Pose and do Enforce T-Pose

that should fix it

If enforce t-pose didn't fix it, I had the same issue and I had to rename each finger bone since unity was being picky.
