getting spam downvoted

no clue why, but people are downvoting all of MY bumps specifically. it's extremely tedious because i JUST got this fixed by a moderator a few days ago, and now im down to -5 rep. im flagged AGAIN because someone is specifically targeting my comments and downvoting me
help?

Hello, I encountered this problem as well on a single post of mine, which made no sense, the post was simple, short, and provided information that did NOT need to be downvoted, maybe there is someone here doing malicious activity through downvoting of the sort?...

We’re aware of the recent reports about targeted downvoting happening. Abusing the reputation system to harass or target someone is not tolerated. Downvoting someone’s posts just because you personally dislike them, or to troll, is a violation of our rules.
If we find evidence of this, the accounts involved will be permanently suspended.
