<![CDATA[getting spam downvoted]]>no clue why, but people are downvoting all of MY bumps specifically. it's extremely tedious because i JUST got this fixed by a moderator a few days ago, and now im down to -5 rep. im flagged AGAIN because someone is specifically targeting my comments and downvoting me
