the way i fixed this is kinda janky but i just remade the elbow shrink in vrcfury and deleted the original one. so when the outfit is toggled on, vrcfury shrinks the elbows. and when its off, they don't shrink. i bet there's a way to do this in modular avatar too without having to remake it but i wouldn't know. plus its easy to do in vrcfury

VRCX can tell you what avatar someone is in i think? but it might not be what your looking for, i think it has some limitations

The issue is that Butt PB overwrites the main body, and the tummy bulge creates a new body. I can only use one of them at a time, and Butt PB takes priority. I'm hoping there's a way to merge both bodies into one.
