If you have acess to unity and the avatars pack, go in and delete the menu and then redo said deleted menu

you can export mesh as the fbx file Window > Package Manager > Search for FBX Exporter, install it > Place .asset mesh to Hierarchy > click RMB > Export to FBX... (set export format to Binary) > Export edit exported fbx file in blender as you wish THE ONLY PROBLEM FBX Exporter CONVERT FILE WITHOUT SKELETON so it's useless in most cases

Just wait ahile or refresh the page and wait 5 minuets if nothing shows up refresh it again

U need a ripper tool like AssetRipper to then Un vrca the file and then after deleting the Auxilry , Script files then you can pull it into the unity u have open and then fix up the missing scripts to then upload it

All the passwords for her avatars are a different per user who paid for them. Just head to the RipperStore's discord and go there password lock thread. maybe someone there could crack the code or remove the password on it all together
