How to extract pak files for blender?

skyrim shouldn't use pak files since it is format used by unreal engine games. If you meant bsa and ba2 files for skyrim, then use this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974 . I have no experience with pak format tho
