Need help with Unity

Hi, I have a problem with Unity, For the past two weeks, my Unity do this whenever I try to open a project
. I've tried all the solutions I could find online, uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but nothing works. This is the first time this has happened, and maybe I'm just being dumb, but could someone please help me? -
the only i can think of is
- ur package manager unity in C drive ? mayb try another ?
- add excetiopn/allow the package manager to windows firewall/defender ?
i never get this...so can only think of this 2 as starter >.<
