Oh, I know what this is, it's basically the sailor Vaporeon head slapped onto that one Zoichi base body (not 100% sure where to get the Zoichi base, but you'd recognize it if you saw one of the dozens of avatars made with it).

The guy who was sharing it set a stipulation of a proof of purchase of the Sailor Vaporeon specifically from the ko-fi store
But theoretically it shouldn't be too hard to frankenstein it together yourself if you find the Zoichi base@Volttekka Not Zoichi base, it was some big thicc base thats been ported on sfmlab to vrchat if i remember since i've seen many different heads has been put on that base like kemono friends, seems like they edited the arms and hands on that one

Its the whole project itself, you add it as a existing project in VCC from the top folder which is the vaporeon meme name itself

@Sarya_VT There is a toggle to turn on or off the physbones in the avi menus, spent alot of time reconfiguring this avi so its more doable.
@KemonoFriend1260 is the milk also a toggle?
