Oh, I know what this is, it's basically the sailor Vaporeon head slapped onto that one Zoichi base body (not 100% sure where to get the Zoichi base, but you'd recognize it if you saw one of the dozens of avatars made with it).

The guy who was sharing it set a stipulation of a proof of purchase of the Sailor Vaporeon specifically from the ko-fi store
But theoretically it shouldn't be too hard to frankenstein it together yourself if you find the Zoichi base@Volttekka do we still have any contact info or ways to get to the person in order to share? i bought the sailor vaporeon a while back when i got the rockstar jolteon and can verify the purchase

Its the whole project itself, you add it as a existing project in VCC from the top folder which is the vaporeon meme name itself
