Help uploading an avatar!

I’m trying to upload the Absol Deira model and on quest the face was all white no matter what I did, and the hands wouldn’t move. And before that it wouldn’t even upload to quest (it would but the site would say pc only) , and before that it would give me some error like “Failed validation”. I’m so lost idk what to do. I’m a quest user so I mostly need the quest version to function and if I can just get the quest version fixed to work on quest i don’t mind the quest version also being the pc version.
