Converting Blender 5.0+ files to Blender 4.5 or 3.6

Hi everyone, I have been using blender for some months now and some of the files I've found happen to be made for Blender 5.0+, which my prehistoric pc isn't able to handle and Blender 3.6 doesn't support 5.0+ files neither. If someone is able to tell me if this method works or I'm just being dumb, or has the time to open these on a intermediary version between 3.6 and 5.0 (I think Blender 4.5 works, not sure though) and send them to me, I would be very grateful.

Heyo, is your pc can run 3.6.1? I did try your method, and saved this model in 4.5. Just opening file in 3.6.1 will just crash the blender. BUT appending the model worked for me! if you use: File--> append and then select collection then it will would load, i tested it on 3.6.1. cuz this is the closest versions of blender that i had
if this model would work for you then i will re-save and upload other ones

@komyspish Indeed, it worked! I would upvote your post if I wasn't flagged for some reason lol, but thank you for taking the time to do this for me, since there really isn't any other method to convert blend files that I could find or think of.
I wouldn't ask for you to convert the rest of the files I sent, but since you mentioned it, I would love if you did (if you have the time, of course). -

@underwatermonkey Here is the rest 4 models! Haven't tested them with 3.6. something might not work, expect errors.
