Minase Face reset in play mode. Please help me!!!

So I don't know what's wrong with my avatar but every time I press on play mode all blendshapes reset and it looks weird...
1. picture is how it should look like
2. in play mode (shouldn't look like that)
I tried everything please help me!!!
