@anonberry No since the code doesn't work anymore no one can upload new models with animated banners. Any you see are old uploads when it did work. (Unless someone found a new way)
no action necessary if you're ok with it being gone. dmcas are entirely handled by the ip owner (sending takedown notice) and the platform (takedown action) unless you dispute the takedown
