Booth avatar creation help! Milfy textures specfically!

Making a personal edit of Milfy, wanted to edit the body in blender and make a slightly chubby edit of her and so far so good, except I ran into an issue when importing the face texture, my eyebrows and eyelashes are pink, but they themselves can't be selected to give their own texture! or anything, so it's an issue with the texture.
If anyone knows a fix to this, please be kind enough to share! ^_^
