I opened the tabs you mentioned with animation and I tried dragging it into there but it didn't do anything i guess i'm a lil slow

I mean, if it doesnt already come with a working blendshape for that, then youll need to make her chest bigger using your own means. Such as, using blender, or blendshape breaker tool(unity only).
