Finger guns are stuck as claws. (Gestures)

I am having trouble with some avis having their hands stuck in a claw form when finger guns have been made. I have tried to mess with the gestures but i am at a loss.

i've had this problem with my kikyo,
look in the fx layer, hands if there's an animation on the idle bloc
if there's one, delete it
