So on my pc and phone unless I use my personal data it says the site can’t be reached idk how to fix it I watched like 5 videos to try and help but it seems nothing is working I hope I can get help with this issue and if not I’m cooked

It started back up again so back to cellular data
This has been on and off for me as well on my PC on any browser. Sometimes I get it working then other times I'm not able to.
