Gesture Toggle Unity <3

hiii im just wondering, how one would go about adding a gesture lock to their avatar, for instance being able to move your fingers without altering your facial expressions, ive seen some rusk avatars and other avatars have this and as a non index user i think it'd be handy, lots of lovee and thank you<3<3
