SiuSiu: is there an easy way to match the SiuSiu textures when you swap base?

Hi!
I'm wanting to put the SiuSiu head on another base, Milltina/Shinano however I for the life of me cannot get the textures to match the SiuSiu even after messing with the MatCaps. I am very new to texture editing, so I was hoping if someone new a way to go about this.

You can use any editing software for this, I use Photopea, to edit skin tones so the head and body skin can match.
You can probably use this, looks like they used similar colors for the avatars so you can probably choose SiuSiu head and Milltina/Shinano body and put the textures in whatever editor software you want to use to make them match
