I am trying to upload this avi from the DL in the thread, https://forum.ripper.store/topic/71135/gift-mamasota-by-boricua?_=1770508124895 But it says that it cant upload since the uncompressed size is too large for target platform, which is windows. The sizes given are 632MB>500MB... is this something wrong with the avi or me being dumb

you need to reduce the texture file size, head over to the texture folder, if you are unsure where, check hierarchy and extend the avatar list, click Body and go to the inspector tab, head over to material and expand it, click the texture image once and it will bring you to the folder where it contain the texture

afterwards click the texture and check inspector tab again, reduce the quality by use the image compression that is already in unity and make sure none of the texture is like over 20mb or 10mb, this is to make room so you can put more stuff on the avatar but at the cost of the texture quality

I fix .vrca/.vrcw stuff for free and for fun! Depending on file, every outcome and vary might be different than the original avatar has due to the toggles and much more, send me a pm if you need an avi that need to fix or cracking a password locked avatar or send me .vrca file or through my pms and i will extract/fix them for you!

request is semi-open, only on unencrypted __data file aka .vrca or .vrcw

i believe toggle won't be a problem as long it doesn't over exceeded 256 in the parameters, try removing some unused toggle or toggle that literally does nothing
and if there is multiple texture try to make them below 20mb if there is around like 100 texture or more
