Help with vcc !! thumbnail ERROR.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much, I keep getting this Error whenever I try to upload an avatar. I've tried everything, from refreshing the SDK and making sure its updated, making a whole new project and I'm stumped. It uploads the 'Avi' but there's no avi. I have no clue as to what It could be. And I can't upload anything because of it TT
Like the thumbnail is there, and everything. Please if anyone has solution let me know
