How do i get this face shape?

This is a shinano avatar and I really like the shape of the eyes and mouth, the face in general. I've been trying to tweak the blendshapes myself to get a face like this but i just seem to not be able to make it right. If anyone is good at tweaking the blendshapes it would really help if you could tell me blendshapes settings of this avatar T_T

Do you have any pictures with a more exposed face of this avi? Im pretty good at tweaking blendshapes, but it'd be easier with a better reference.
There's no option to remove the bangs for this avatar so i decided to send the full image where you can clearly see the left eye and a brightened up image where you can kinda see the right eye under the bang. I know this is asking for too much and i know that it's not easy to do. But if you can help me out with this I really appreciate it T_T

@Keiji_123 Well, this is a pretty basic edit, so it'll be easy to recreate im sure. The other pictures definitely help-- so i'll cook something up as soon as im able and send you some photos and you can decide from there if you like it or want something changed.
