Vive trackers Connecting but ain't showing up + No clue on how to connect the 2.0 base stations.

Been having a problem, just recently as I just got Three 3.0 trackers along with two 2.0 base station. Connect the trackers but they don't show up. Plus can't find any information to help me connect the 2.0 base stations. I'm using quest 3 along with virtual desktop + steam VR.
NOTE: I believe it is virtual desktop messing it up for the trackers as I went to manage the device and it show /device/virtualdesktop/(Any part of body) as they use fake trackers to give the fake illusion of real ones.
