Here's how you can quickly and easily upload the VRCA files I've been uploading to the site (follow the steps carefully) without converting them to Unity files. There are advantages and disadvantages to this method.
The advantage is that the avatar will be uploaded exactly as it is, with its textures intact, nothing broken, and all its animations and functionality.
The disadvantage is that if you want to change anything, you won't be able to, since it's not a Unity file; you'll only be able to keep the avatar as it is.
Here's the server where I downloaded the tool, or you can simply download the tool itself (but I recommend downloading it through the Discord server).

I couldn't tell you since I tested it with the VRCA files specifically for avatars. I don't know, but I think they removed the function for uploading worlds. Like I said, I'm not really sure.

i done it like the video, but if i click "hot swap" it open the Unity Main Menu whitch i can select a Project. and if i already open one and try it with "unity is already open" it dont work...
