I may be wrong, but considering the forehead shadow+lip piercings I believe the base model is GodWhipser, with eye textures+nose piercings completely removed, and obv different, clothes/ears etc.
Ill provide links to stuff i've found, if anyone has links too any of the clothes, send me them and ill make the avatar.

so this is godmagi custom with shading added for the foredead on the skin txt, the hue saturation turned down, and it looks like tats here https://forum.ripper.store/topic/72949/lf-nocturnal-perception-texture-for-godwhisper-godmagician and the outfit https://vrmodels.store/clothess/45914-undressable-thighhigh-god-magrevrun-dlconeclick.html for the thigh highs and the bodysuit dlc u can find on here example:https://forum.ripper.store/topic/30987/godmagician-bodysuit-dlc not sure if this is the same one if you type in godmagician in the search bar u can find a ton of drag and drop clothes for the hair ears and lower wings u can also find assests here or vrm hope this helps
