I may be wrong, but considering the forehead shadow+lip piercings I believe the base model is GodWhipser, with eye textures+nose piercings completely removed, and obv different, clothes/ears etc.
Ill provide links to stuff i've found, if anyone has links too any of the clothes, send me them and ill make the avatar.
