Help with Milana's avatars???

I've tried uploading multiple of Milana's avatars, specifically downloading from vrm. I'm trying to upload Riyshie the dragoon for quest, as last time I tried the textures looked horrible, but now I know how to edit those, and I'd like to try again. So, I downloaded the same link I used last time but when I import her into unity and open the scene, the prefab is missing, and the avatar is nowhere to be found??? I would never ever ever buy from this creator bro her avatars are always so messy, and her scenes always look so weird. Can anybody help me put her together or like put her in a simple prefab/scene for me?? Or at least tell me why she's missing?? This is so so weird

OMG the same happened to me with her models as well! I thought it was an old computer problem of mine!
