Does anyone know how to rip personals ?

So I have been looking forever for someone to rip some personals from different creators. (Example: mitzy, zerose, beaniebaby, ect)
I only have their vrc users and pictures of the models. Please lmk if you know how and are willing to help me with this, or could tell me a way to do it myself without getting banned.
