      Theres quite a few existing tutorial videos on youtube already that explain how to swap upload platforms and you just need to make sure the avatars stats are within their set limits unless you're using a modded SDK.         What Myong said is good!
        I personally create a copy of the avatar, remove all/some physbones with EasyQuestTools, and change all the materials to a copy of the original one with a quest shader (toon lit). After that, the sdk will tell you if you need to fix anything else

          and also putting the textures to a lower resolution to atleast like 512, depending on how much mb u have left until it goes over the limit (10mb compressed)
