Why am I suddenly denied access to a certain post?

I came to check my notifications to see that I have been denied access to https://forum.ripper.store/topic/58313/new-femboy-bonfie/73?_=1748309658229 Can someone explain why, and if I did something to cause this, and how to fix it. Please.
