Avatar Image is very blurry when uploaded

My avatar image for some reason when uploaded becomes very blurry, and I have no idea why. I have 5 avatars uploaded in the past, and they are all 1200x900 images but the other 4 avatars I uploaded back in 2023 have very clear images. For my latest avatar however, no matter what I do when I upload it, it turns out all blurry, pixelated, and compressed terribly no matter what resolution I try uploading it as, and the image itself even has a native resolution of 6000x4500 and is very clear. I have tried uploading the avatar's image on Unity 2019.4.31f and on VRCX and it yields the same problem.
I appreciate any feedback and if there is some solution on where I can upload it to make it better.

Also to clarify, I have only been using 2019.4.31f unity and not 2022. It seems it is also uploading my image at a 800 x 600 resolution too along with its terrible compression which makes no sense to me and also turns it out far worse. I've been dealing with this problem for months now and seriously have no idea what the problem is.
