Problems Uploading Milltina

I created a custom Milltina with different hair, outfits, textures, and so on. No matter what I removed, the avatar was too big on quest. I tried removing some blendshapes, but it sometimes made the avatar bigger than what it originally was. I was just wondering, how would I go about optimizing her for quest? There isn't much I can take off or lower with the outfits, and removing certain blendshapes only helped a little (or made it worse). Just curious because models like Selestia have no problem uploading, so whats different?

Quest is really picky, the way Im able to upload big models is the make the textures smaller but even then sometimes it just doesnt work!
