i managed to circumvent the crashing by taking a deep breath, deleting the shader cache, letting them all reload, and making my changes very slowly. also no bulk editing.

if anyone knows where to start with the hand fix that would be nice
*problem.. I think... it isn't set up right for non index controllers
it'll be in a patch but something about some values being off was mentioned so i was wondering if it was an easy fix -

it'll be in a patch but something about some values being off was mentioned so i was wondering if it was an easy fix@Renulus not an ideal solution but I fixed it by replacing the basic gestures with these fake index ones and it works

this avatar is so wack. okay so whenever I do gestures, it randomly reloads all my parameters. (not reset, so its really just annoying) I don't get why, I'm looking into it.

@someone3232 go to edit > project settings > player > legacy turned off
