@Renulus not an ideal solution but I fixed it by replacing the basic gestures with these fake index ones and it works

this avatar is so wack. okay so whenever I do gestures, it randomly reloads all my parameters. (not reset, so its really just annoying) I don't get why, I'm looking into it.

does anyone know how to get ride of the elf ears i turn the blendshape to human ears but everytime i upload it it wont change and the elf ears wont go away

@rimurus maybe a stupid question/inquiry, but all I see under legacy in that section is the clamped blendshapes thing. Nothing else I can disable there, and I tried to disable that, but it didn't do anything different for the ear blendshape after i uploaded it, elf ears are still there.
