does anyone know how to or like an easy setup for something like that? I have a few ideas but i just don't know how to do it?

Just for yourself, or for others? VRChat has a default "Voice" float you can use for personal effects

If you're used to animating other parameters in the FX Layer, it's pretty much the same thing
