Looking For: Help with Finding Certain Textures & Using Particles!

~ Hiya! So I have no idea where to put this.. but I'm really trying to find some type of kissing texture or whatever that looks somewhat like this:
~ Except I want it to be some type of a shade of pink. However, I have no idea where to look.. I also really don't want to spend money for someone to make these texture. I was told they used a kissing particles but I don't know how that works. If you do have any idea how that works please tell me!
