HELP ME PLS

I just got done with a Shinra face edit and for some reason it wont transfer over into game. it doesnt even show up when i enter play mode with gesture manager. am i missing something? why is it doing this??? someone please help me, im going crazy

It might be an animation try looking around to see if there is anything thats animating the face

@Clown i looked around and i dont have any animations on, any idea what else it could be?

@cybergothh Is it possibly the "default" face animation that could possibly be in the FX layer gestures under "Idle"?

maybe try going into the face animations and recording the blendshapes

Which shinra prefab did you use? I used the shinra empty and had similar issue, so I made new scene with shinra lil toon and pasted the blendshape values

Yea check all of your facial animations, record the ones missing it may be forcing the blendshapes you're using to zero hence returning the face back to default
