PC avatar optimizations quest

Hi, so i just started getting interested in making avatar, and obviously since i love doing things easily, i want to try making the hanka base for quest.
Thing is let's say i do somehow manage to optimize the base in itself, do i have to optimize the clothes too since they're made for pc version hanka ?
I have no idea how all of that works, the question might be dumb xD.
If someone has advice or answer thanks in advance ^^
And if it's a bad idea to try optimizing the Hanka base tell me right away i'll change lol
