Need help avatar going pink when I go into play mode

When I try to upload my avatar to quest it goes pink for some reason on quest side and when i look at it in play mode it does just go pink and when i try to drag a new material on it will just remove it how do i fix it?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
