avatar teleporting/shader question

There is an avatar that my friend showed me where the avatar teleports to anyone looking at it and kisses them and it plays for me Aswell and I can't see the head, so I believe it the model doing it. I want to know if anyone knows what is allowing the avatar to do it!

@Bdog its a global shader issue if you want it to stop attach the toggle to your head to hide it locally
as for whay shader it is i dont know sadly -

I fix .vrca/.vrcw stuff for free and for fun! Depending on file, every outcome and vary might be different than the original avatar has due to the toggles and much more, send me a pm if you need an avi that need to fix or cracking a password locked avatar or send me .vrca file or through my pms and i will extract/fix them for you!
