Shinano loli prefab

Hello, I have a question about this prefab (https://booth.pm/en/items/6115428)
I have no clue on how to add it to the base Shinano model and I can't seem to find any videos or tutorials on how to add actual character prefabs onto models in Unity. If anyone could give me any pointers I would greatly appreciate it!![alt text]
