requesting help with tags and how certain ones work as well as something to do with a post feature i don't understand

looking for help with the tag named moved ... so sometimes il go to a post and it will say this topic has been moved but il click that and it takes me to a bunch of random posts that have been moved instead of the specific post that was moved is there anyway to find that post that has been moved using the tag or do i have to search and hope i find it? also there seems to be a cross posting feature and I'm unsure as too how it works as it keeps saying i cant use it even on my own posts am i just not high enough rank iv got 14 rep so I'm unsure on that one then sometimes il go to make a post edit so it will say found instead of looking for and when i do it it does the grey found tag instead of the Check marked green one is that intended or am i just dumb with the tag use but yes help on these topics would greatly be appreciated.
