I need help making my gf her own Avi

For the last couple of months, I've been trying to model my girlfriend her very own avatar based on her OC. I suck complete donkey ass at modeling with blender and have been struggling for about half a year at this point. My question is, if anyone knows of any bases that already exist (that are nsfw) that closely resemble the head and shape of the body of my GF's OC that I can just make an edit of, I would highly appreciate that! I'm poor so I can't really commission one to be made so this is the next best thing that I can do.

@Ram0001 It could also be used for the frills but no one has gotten the model from what I know

Heya, i make vrchat models from scratch all the time. If youd like I could make the head for her, and you can find some other base and stuff like that to attach the head to! ^_^
