You're 100% better off making one on your own.
There is no "nsfw version" out there, as almost all Booth users make their own Booth avatar to have those toggles, nsfw textures, and for it to have nsfw assets like PCS and LMS (Plap noises).
People aren't going to just "give" their own because they are the ones that made it themselves lol.
Everything NSFW on Booth avi is usually assets from Booth itself.
The least you would have to do is to learn how to put on nsfw texture assets on the body texture in any photo editing program like Photoshop or Gimp or Krita.
(Then extract the image texture out of the program, and throw it into your unity project, and replace the Body texture with the new nsfw texture you made from photoshop, and replace the texture in the material of the body)
Install VRCFURY into your project to put in the SPS stuff on the avatar.
(Once installing vrcfury, it will be located in "Tools" at the very top of the window --->vrcfury--->SPS --->Create socket, rename the sps socket that gets placed into list on the left side of the screen to "Pussy" to drag the new sps socket on the actual bones of the avatar of where the socket of the pussy would be. So a PUSSY and ANAL socket would be on the hip bone, a BOOBJOB socket would be the Chest bone, HANDJOB LEFT would be on the left wrist bone, etc.)
Find a PP with SPS to throw onto the avatar if you also want to use it to Thrust into someone else (Preferably from booth).
And just toggle or delete the outfit on it so its just naked by default.

You're gonna have to join some Booth server if you actually want some close help, as most members in Booth servers know how to do this like the back of their hand.
(Although, teaching someone how to Unity is very annoying, so you'll be lucky to have someone who'll bother to help you)
