@CharmingMaiden when you apply the VRC physbone component to the boobs or the butt, change the Y endpoint position to around 0.08 (really any positive number will work, its all preference!)

I rip from cache very often and have had no issues with it. I will point out that I manually repair avatars instead of hotswapping, which could decrease ban chances. You should be fine if the avatar isn't before 2019 unity
hit me up in DM's if you have the VRCA for the avatar in question and ill see what i can do. said vrca has to be the pre-encryption files not the ones after the update that broke most casual attempts at grabbing it.
