Now I will say, with certain models it fucks it up a little bit but normally it's fine. There's a thing for unity called Fbx exporter. So basically to make it work you need to make a prefab in the hierarchy but remove all physbones, colliders, particles, constraints, descriptor. Practically everything, except the mesh obviously. I think maybe you're supposed to keep the animator with the avatar rig thing in it. Sorry if this wasn't very clear.

@joehendry1 You can either record your own animation for it, which AV3 allows you to use custom animations if you enable it.. or just mess around with the options. I believe you can do decals within AV3.

the original is from rinrinvrc on twitter. from their post history, i think the base is shinano. for the hair, i think it's some combination of Raina Hair and Meloa Hair. there are still differences in the hair, and i don't know the face/nails, but it's similar enough otherwise.

a shot in the dark but possibly a fair chance it has a leftover controller on it? otherwise than that id suggest to take a peep back at the MA site for the guide they got and follow it again

If the head has face tracking, it stays with it since it's blendshapes! You just need the shape keys for FT. I did this with some models before :3 (correct me if I'm wrong though)
