@_puppwydoll Hope it works out. You will want to pick the prefab that matches what you have installed (VRCFury or Modular Avatar), or you could just install both of those packages and pick either one of the prefabs.

You need to edit the UVs of the current eyes to be circular and separate the materials or give it new eyeballs with these properties

Says the prefab is missing scripts. Have you made sure you have imported all the prerequisites for the avatar? Check the store page for the requirements. From what I see, you're missing either VRCFury or PCS (PenetrationContactSystem).
